titleOfInvention | Process for the preparation of N- (2-phenyl-2-hydroxyethyl) -3-phenylpropylamines |
abstract | The present invention provides a process for the preparation of new 3-phenylpropylamine derivatives. These substances are produced by reduction of the corresponding ketone and can be used in diseases of the heart and circulatory system, in particular to increase the muscle contraction strength of the heart. Since these substances also have a beneficial effect on other striated muscles, they can also be used to improve the general condition, for example, in patients who are permanently bedridden. |
