titleOfInvention Aminoketone Thioxanthene Series
abstract The invention relates to novel 1- (2-chlorothioxanthen-9-yl)n-3-dimethylaminopropane-n- | - and its salts with pharmaceutically acceptable saltsnacids. The listed substances shownwith adequate toxicitynthe non-dramatic effects that make themnpotential neurotrophic drugs, in particularnlocal anesthetic and spasmolytic. In the examplenone possible way is describednpreparing the named base and the hydrobromide, nwhich consists of two-stage synthesis.nin the first step, the hydrochloride solution is addedncis-2-chloro-9- (3-dimethylaminopropylidene)nthioxanthene in aqueous acetic acidnwith hydrochloric acid and further with bromide.n-bromate reagent, i.e., a solution mixturenpotassium bromide and bromate. Alkalisacínto give 9-bromo-2-chloro-9- (1-hydroxy-n-3-dimethylaminopropyl) thioxanthene, whichnheating to 130 ° C cleaves hydrogen bromidenand provides the desired hydrobromide directlynproduct.
