abstract Methods and compositions related to improved plants that have tolerance to more than one herbicide. Particularly, in the invention there are provided plants that have glyphosate tolerance and have tolerance to at least one ALS inhibitor, and methods for using them. Plants with glyphosate tolerance / ALS inhibitors comprise a polynucleotide encoding a glyphosate tolerance polypeptide and a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide with an ALS inhibitor tolerance.
