abstract Water-based (EW) formulations are provided that do not contain VOC or are alternatively low in VOC for aerial spraying in large areas in order to control mosquitoes, flies and other public health pests. In the ULV application, it has been observed that these formulations provide significantly greater control of the pests when compared to competitive adulticides.The present formulations provide exceptional conservation of the micro-droplet density in the aerosol cloud and the measured micro-droplet size by means of the average volumetric diameter (VmD).
