The present invention relates to indanyl- and tetrahydronaphthyl-amino-thiourea compounds of the formula I where the R R variables have the meanings indicated in the description. The invention also relates to methods to combat or control insects, arachnids or nematodes, to methods to protect growing plants against attack or infestation by insects, arachnids or nematodes, to methods to protect seeds against soil insects and roots or stems of seedlings against soil and leaf insects and methods to treat, control, prevent or protect animals against infestation or infection. |
