titleOfInvention BENZOIC ACID, DERIVATIVES OF BENZOIC ACID AND CONJUGATES OF HYDROCODONE HETEROARIL ACID, PROFARMACOS, METHODS TO ELABORATE AND USE THE SAME
abstract The technology currently described provides compositions comprising aryl carboxylic acids chemically conjugated with hydrocodone (mortinan-6-one, 4,5-alpha-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methyl) to form prodrugs / novel hydrocodone compositions, including benzoates and heteroaryl carboxylic acids, which have a reduced potential for hydrocodone abuse. The present technology also provides methods for treating patients, pharmaceutical equipment and methods for synthesizing conjugates of the present technology.
