A vaccine comprising an emulsion, a thermally treated bacterin comprising a suspension of dead bacteria, in which the dead bacteria are of the Leptospira Bratislava species, and 1 to 13 swine disease causing viruses selected from the group consisting of porcine adenovirus, porcine circovirus, porcine herpesvirus, pseudorabies virus, classical swine fever virus, porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus, porcine parvovirus, porcine respiratory coronavirus, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, influenza swine, transmissible gastroenteritis virus and vesicular stomatitis virus. 2. A vaccine according to claim 1, further comprising a preparation of lecithin and an alum-based adjuvant. 3.- A vaccine according to the claim 2, further comprising a lecithin in an oil preparation.
