abstract Pharmaceutical compositions for oral administration, in particular administration as a drug delivery system for directly swallowing or disintegration layers in the oral cavity, comprising high-loading iron oxyhydroxide. 1 .- An isomer, racemate, enantiomer or diastereomer of compounds of formula (I): wherein R4 is aryl or Het, where each of the aryl and Het is optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents, each independently selected from halo, (C1-6) alkyl, alkenyl ( C2-6), halo (C1-6) alkyl, (C3-7) cycloalkyl, -OH, -O- (C1-6) alkyl, -SH, -S-C1-6 alkyl, -NH2, -NH -C1-6 alkyl and -N (C1-6 alkyl) 2; wherein (C1-6) alkyl is optionally substituted with hydroxy, cyano or oxo; each of R6 and R7 is independently selected from H, halo, (C1-6) alkyl and haloalkyl (C1-6); where Het is a saturated, unsaturated or aromatic 4- to 7-membered heterocycle, having 1 to 4 heteroatoms, each independently selected from O, N and S, or a 7 to 14-membered, saturated, unsaturated or aromatic heteropolyclo having, when possible, 1 to 5 heteroatoms, each independently selected from O , N and S; or a salt or ester thereof.
