abstract A purified antigenic compound of soluble multi-proteins derived from salivary gland, intestine and yolk sac of Boophilus microplus tick larvae, which induces an immune response against Boophilus microplus tick infestation in cattle, characterized by containing three (3) glycoproteins of 147 kDa, 94 kDa and 73 kDa, and two (2) simple 209 kDa and 68 kDa proteins from the intestine; two (2) 130 kDa and 66 kDa glycoproteins and one (1) 110 KDa simple protein from the salivary gland, and three (3) 160 kDa, 140 kDa and 85 kDa glycoproteins from yolk sac; and also for lacking three (3) 35 kDa, 13 kDa and 6.5 kDa proteins from the salivary gland and a 27 KDa protein (1) from the intestines inhibiting the host's immune system. Method for obtaining an antigenic compound as in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following sequential steps: a. Gradual vacuum freezing of larvae of Boophilus microplus for preservation of structures, with removal of the cuticle and wrapping tissues through the subsequent action of sodium hydroxide, nitric acid and the addition of chitinase enzyme, with the subsequent separation of yolk sac , intestine and salivary glands by micro suction. b.
