abstract | 1.- A composition of epoxy resin asphalt with indicated proportions of (A) from 75 to 93% p of asphalt, (B) from 1 to 5% p of epoxy resin and (C) from 6 to 20% p of thermoplastic polymer modified maleic acid in which the total concentration of (A) + (B) + (C) is 100% p and in which the aforementioned epoxy resin (B) is a ternary copolymer that includes (i) lower alpha olefin, (ii ) lower alkyl acrylate or methacrylate and (iii) glycidyl acrylate or glycidyl methacrylate and the molecules have terminal glycidyl groups.2.- An epoxy asphalt resin composition according to claim 1, wherein (i) the lower alpha olefin is ethylene, propylene or butylene. 3. A resin epoxy asphalt composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lower alkyl group of the lower alkyl acrylate or methacrylate (ii) is a methyl, ethyl, propyl or butyl group .4.- A resin epoxy asphalt composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the epoxy resin ( B) is a copolymer ternary that includes (i) ethylene, (ii) n-butyl acrylate or methacrylate and (iii) glycidyl acrylate or glycidyl methacrylate, and molecules with terminal glycidyl groups.5.- An epoxy resin asphalt composition according to ยท n claims 1 to 4, wherein the epoxy resin (B) is a tertiary copolymer that includes (i) 30 to 90% p of ethylene, (ii) 10 to 70% p of n-butyl acrylate or methacrylate and (iii) 0.5 to 30% p of glycidyl acrylate or glycidyl methacrylate, in which the total concentration of (i) + (ii) + (iii) is 100% p, and the molecules contain terminal glycidyl groups. 6. A resin epoxy asphalt composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the thermoplastic polymer of modified maleic acid (C) is selected from one or more compounds of maleinated polyolefins, such as maleinated polyethylene and polypropylene maleinated, such as maleinated polyethylene and maleinated polypropylene, maleinated ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers, resins of oil produced from fractions of modified maleic acid oil, ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymers modified maleic acid, and styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene modified maleic acid (SEBS) block. |
