A compound of formula (I): wherein: Rb is independently hydrogen, NR6 R7, OH, ORa, C1-5alkyl, aryl, aryl-C1-5alkyl, aryl-C2-4alkenyl; cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-C1-5-alkyl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl-C1-4-alkyl, heteroaryl-C2-4-alkenyl, heterocyclic, heterocyclic-C1-4-alkyl, or all heterocyclic-C2-4-alkenyl moiety, all the residues of which may optionally be substituted one to three times with halogen; nitro; halosubstituted C1-4alkyl; C1-4alkyl; amino, amine substituted with mono- or di-C1-4alkyl; ORa; C (O) Ra; NRa C (O) ORa; OC (O) NR6 R7; hydroxy; NR9 C (O) Ra; S (O) m´ Ra; C (O) NR6 R7; C (O) OH; C (O) ORa; S (O) t NR6 R7; NHS (O) t Ra. Alternatively, the two Rb substituents may be linked to form an optionally substituted 3-10 membered ring containing, in addition to optionally independently substituted C 1-4 alkyl, 1 to 3 NRa, O, S, SO, or SO2 residues which they can be, optionally, unsaturated; Ra is an alkyl, aryl, aryl-C1-4alkyl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl-C1-4alkyl, heterocyclic, COORa ', or heterocyclic-C1-4alkyl moiety, all of which moieties may be optionally substituted; Ra by halogen groups, hydroxy, C1-10 alkyl substituted with hydroxy, C1-10 alkoxy as methoxy or ethoxy, S (O) m-C1-10 alkyl; amino, mono and disubstituted amino, phenyl, benzyl.Ra´ is an alkyl, aryl, aryl-C1-4-alkyl, heteroaryl, heteroaryl-C1-4-alkyl, heterocyclic or heterocyclic-C1-4-alkyl moiety, all of which residues may be optionally substituted; m is an integer that has a value from 1 to 3; m´ is 0, or an integer that has a value of 1 or 2; ... |
