Compounds of the formula: or pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts thereof, wherein: X, Y, and Z are the same or different and represent CRc or nitrogen; Rc represents hydrogen, halogen or C1-C6 alkyl; R1 and R2 independently represent hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, C1-C6 alkyl, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy or SO2 NH2, since, when Y and Z represent CH, and R3 and R4 are both hydrogen, R1 and R2 are not hydrogen simultaneously; or R1 and R2 together represent a C1-C2 dioxyalkylene group or a C1-C3 oxyalkylene group; R3 and R4 are the same or different and represent hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy; alkylthio, hydroxy, amino, mono or dialkylamino where each alkyl is C1-C6 alkyl, cyano or trifluoromethyl; A represents C1-C4 alkylene; and R5, R6 and R7 independently represent hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl. |
