abstract A compound of the formula: or pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic salts thereof wherein: W is aryl or heteroaryl, each of which is optionally substituted with up to 5 groups independently selected from halogen, cyano, hydroxy, alkyl or cycloalkyl with 3 to 7 carbon atoms, amino or mono- or dialkylamino where each alkyl is independently a minor alkyl or a cycloalkyl having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, alkoxy or cycloalkylalkoxy with 3 to 7 carbon atoms, or NR1 COR2, COR2, CONR1 R2 or CO2 R2 where R1 and R2 are the same or different and represent hydrogen or alkyl or cycloalkyl with 3 to 6 carbon atoms; and T is halogen, hydrogen, hydroxyl, amino or alkoxy X is hydrogen, hydroxyl or alkyl; m is 0, 1, or 2; n is 0, 1, or 2; and R3 and R4 are the same or different and are selected from hydrogens, alkyl, COR5 or CO2 R5 where R5 is alkyl or cycloalkyl having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, CONR6 R7, where R6 and R7 are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl , cycloalkyl having 3 to 7 carbon atoms, phenyl, 2-, 3-, or 4-pyridyl, or NR6 R7 form a heterocyclic group that is morpholinyl, pi-peridinyl, pyrrolidinyl or N-alkylpiperazinyl; or R3-R4 together represent a cyclic part having 3 to 7 carbon atoms.
