SUMMARY The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel method to enable efficient induction / production of endocrine cells from pluripotent stem cells. Insulin producing cells including cells that are positive for insulin and positive for NKX6.1 in a proportion of at least 30% and cells that are positive for insulin and negative for NKX6.1 in a proportion of more than 15%. |
