Compounds of Formula I, II, III and IV, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are described. The compounds are ALK2 kinase inhibitors. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of Formula I, II, III, or IV, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and methods that include the use of the compounds, or salts thereof, acceptable from the pharmaceutical point of view, and of the compositions in the treatment and prevention of various diseases and conditions, such as fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva. |
