abstract The present invention belongs to the field of water, wastewater, sewage or sludge treatment specifically for the treatment by flocculation or precipitation of impurities in suspension, by irradiation, by oxidation consisting of a plant for the treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater which takes place through flocculation and heterogeneous photocatalysis processes. The flocculation is carried out through a process of gentle and continuous agitation of the coagulated water, through the use of a flocculant solid that can be mineral or organic, the photocatalysis process takes place through the addition to water residual of a solid semiconductor, which absorbs energy from solar radiation.
