titleOfInvention A composition for dissolving calcium and magnesium carbonates, calcium sulfate, iron oxides, metal sulphides, siliceous compounds and related fouling in operations of acidification of water injector wells and others in secondary oil recovery
abstract ABSTRACT It is a Composition especially suitable to be applied in operations of dissolution of calcareous deposits, siliceous and also in the unblocking of industrial pipes, heat exchangers, boilers and steam generators, as well as in operations of acidic stimulation of water injection wells, and in operations related to the secondary recovery of oil, its function being to dissolve deposits of insoluble salts of calcium, magnesium, strontium and barium, providing anticorrosive protection to exposed metals and preventing the re-precipitation of dissolved salts, given a variation of pH, or supersaturation, by brine contamination. It includes the use of ammonium hydrogen fluoride and / or urea phosphono derivatives (as acid corrosion retardants), to avoid redeposition of calcium, magnesium, strontium and barium salts, (when dilution or consumption of the acid rises pH), in conjunction with urea adducts and inorganic and organic acids, such as urea hydrochloride, mono and di urea sulfate, phosphates, fluoride and nitrates, formates, acetates and propionates. The formulation of adducts of inorganic and organic acids with urea may comprise hydrochlorides, mono and di urea sulfates, phosphates, nitrates, formates, acetates and propionates in conjunction with urea derivatives of phosphonates. Likewise, the neutralized phosphonate ureic derivative may be an ATMP (amino trimethylene phosphonic acid) a HEDP (hydroxyethylene diphosphonic acid; a DTPMP (diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid); a HEMPA (hexamethylenediamine tertamethylene phosphonic acid); or a PBTC (acid tri-carboxylic butane phosphono); either an HDTMP (hexamethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid); or an EDTMP (ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid), and / or with the addition of ammonium hydrogen fluoride.
