titleOfInvention Washing tower for washing caprolactam benzene solution with alkali liquor in caprolactam refining
abstract The utility model discloses a washing tower for washing caprolactam benzene solution with alkali liquor in caprolactam refining, which comprises a barrel, a downcomer and a mass transfer tower plate; the alkali liquor inlet is arranged between the coalescence-separation filler and the mass transfer tower plate, and the alkali liquor outlet is arranged at the bottom of the washing tower; the caprolactam benzene solution inlet is arranged at the lower part of the washing tower, and the caprolactam benzene solution outlet is arranged at the upper part of the washing tower above the coalescence-separation filler. Adding alkali liquor into the tower body between the coalescence-separation filler and the mass transfer tower plates, horizontally moving on each layer of tower plate, flowing into the lower layer of tower plate from a downcomer, and finally discharging from the bottom of the washing tower; the caprolactam benzene solution is added into the tower body from the lower part of the washing tower, moves upwards in a droplet shape through the openings on each layer of the tower plate, and is discharged from the upper part of the washing tower after being coalesced and separated with the filler. The conductivity of the benzene-hexane solution entering the stripping tower is reduced to be below 5 mu S/cm, the ion exchange regeneration period is prolonged to be more than 30 days, and the consumption of regenerated acid and alkali is reduced.
