titleOfInvention | Denitration system export ammonia escape measuring device |
abstract | The utility model relates to an ammonia escape measuring device at an outlet of a denitration system, which comprises a system analysis host, an emission probe, a receiving probe and a probe mounting pipe, wherein the probe mounting pipe is used for being mounted in a flue, the emission probe and the receiving probe are oppositely mounted on the probe mounting pipe, a smoke inlet for smoke to enter is formed in the position, between the emission probe and the receiving probe, on the probe mounting pipe, and a dust filtering structure for filtering dust in the smoke is arranged at the smoke inlet on the probe mounting pipe. The transmitting probe and the receiving probe can be always kept aligned on the probe mounting pipe, the dust filtering structure on the probe mounting pipe effectively filters dust in flue gas, the filtered flue gas enters the probe mounting pipe to be detected, and the gas in the probe mounting pipe flows back to a flue through the backflow hole. Compared with the prior art, the problem that the transmitting end and the receiving end of in-situ through measurement cannot be aligned is solved, and the detection precision is improved. |
