titleOfInvention Printing and dyeing waste gas comprehensive treatment system
abstract A printing and dyeing waste gas comprehensive treatment system relates to the technical field of waste gas treatment and comprises an oxidation cabin, a connecting pipe, an absorption cabin and a discharge tower which are sequentially connected from an air inlet end to a discharge end; the oxidation cabin and the absorption cabin are both transversely arranged, and an inlet of the oxidation cabin is connected with a waste gas source; the system also comprises an oxidant spraying pipe, an oxidizing liquid spraying pipe and an absorption spraying pipe, wherein the oxidant spraying pipe extends into the inlet of the oxidation cabin and is connected with an oxidant nozzle; the oxidizing liquid spray pipe extends into the oxidation cabin and is connected with the oxidizing liquid nozzle, and the absorption spray pipe extends into the absorption cabin and is connected with the absorption nozzle; the oxidation chamber is internally connected with an oxidation spiral body which is arranged at one side of the liquid outlet of the oxidant nozzle, and the absorption chamber is internally connected with an absorption spiral body. Waste gas of the printing and dyeing mill is conveyed to the oxidation cabin through the draught fan to be oxidized, then the flue gas enters the absorption section, harmful substances in the flue gas are absorbed, the flue gas enters the discharge tower, and finally the flue gas is dehydrated and demisted to reach the standard and is discharged.
