According to the Taylor vortex type photocatalytic water treatment test device and the test method, the influence condition of factors in photocatalytic reaction on the photocatalytic reaction can be determined very clearly by controlling a variable method, the optimal test condition can be found out in multiple tests, the photocatalytic reaction efficiency is improved, the whole device is simple in structure, low in cost and convenient to apply, and the test method is simple, direct, rapid and accurate.
