abstract | A flushing device for use in a sanitary ware product, the flushing device comprising a female part for receiving fluid and a male part comprising an end receivable by the female part. The male part comprises at least one aperture for dispensing the fluid, wherein the male part and the female part are connected by at least one resilient member for applying a restoring force. The flushing device is movable between a closed position, in which the male part is inserted into the female part, and an open position, in which the male part is at least partially removed from the female part, wherein in the open position the at least one resilient member is in tension. The flushing device of the present application is not contaminated by urine. |
