A nested type catheter for cerebral angiography and treatment through radial artery access comprises a catheter body, wherein the catheter body comprises an inner core catheter arranged inside and outside and an outer sleeve with a pre-shaped head end; the head end of the outer sleeve comprises a first bending part, a second bending part and a third bending part which are connected in sequence; the third bending part extends backwards and is connected with a threaded sleeve; the tail end of the inner core conduit is provided with an external thread in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve, and the rear end of the inner core conduit provided with an external thread area is connected with a horn-shaped introducing port; the head end of the inner core conduit is fixed with a metal developing ring, and the head end of the inner core conduit is a flexible bendable part. This patent provides a swift effectual through radial artery approach's cerebrovascular radiography and treatment route, has avoided the poor and unable problem of carrying out further treatment through it of traditional preforming shape pipe followability.
