According to the utility model, the semi-coke wastewater is pretreated by adopting multi-stage air flotation, and then is subjected to ozone catalytic oxidation treatment, so that phenols and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon organic matters can be efficiently oxidized and decomposed into small molecular compounds, the COD (chemical oxygen demand) and ammonia nitrogen content of the wastewater are greatly reduced, and the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved. And finally, performing biochemical treatment on the wastewater by selecting high-efficiency strains in combination with an anaerobic + A/O + MBR process, further reducing the content of COD, ammonia nitrogen, organic pollutants and the like in the wastewater, and realizing ultralow emission of the pollutant content of the semi-coke wastewater.
