The semiconductor refrigerating device is combined with the temperature sensor to control the working temperature of the excitation light source of the high-power light-emitting diode, and the base line of the detector is kept low in noise, drift and fluctuation under the high excitation light power, so that the signal-to-noise ratio of fluorescence detection is improved by more than ten times, and the start-up balance time is greatly shortened. |
