Wherein, the cuff comprises an outer cover and an air bag; the host is fixed on the cuff and comprises a pump unit, a valve unit and a pressure sensing unit; the valve unit comprises a movable iron core, a coil and an exhaust duct forming an air passage, wherein the coil can drive the movable iron core, and the exhaust duct is arranged on one side of the movable iron core along the axis of the coil; the exhaust guide pipe comprises an exhaust inlet section and an exhaust outlet section which are communicated with each other, the axial direction of the exhaust inlet section corresponds to the radial direction of the coil, the axial direction of the exhaust outlet section corresponds to the axial direction of the coil, the inner wall of the air passage is provided with a plugging hole communicated with the air passage, and the movable iron core is provided with a plugging part; when the movable iron core is positioned at the first position, the blocking part can enter the air passage through the blocking hole to block the air passage and the blocking hole; when the movable iron core leaves the first position, the blocking part blocks the blocking hole and opens the air passage, so that the air flow entering the air passage is discharged along the direction deviating from the movable iron core along the exhaust outlet section. The air flow is prevented from being discharged through the movable iron core, the noise is reduced, and the air tightness is good.
