abstract The application discloses a control component capable of configuring a clock signal and a storage device. The control component includes at least one phase-locked loop and a plurality of channel circuits for coupling to the NVM chip, each channel circuit coupled to one of the phase-locked loops; each phase-locked loop acquires a first clock signal, wherein the first clock signal is a clock signal which is externally input into the control component; each phase-locked loop adjusts a first clock signal according to configuration information to generate a second clock signal, wherein the frequency of the first clock signal is different from that of the second clock signal; each phase-locked loop outputs a second clock signal to a channel circuit coupled with the phase-locked loop; the multiple channel circuits receive clock signals of at least two different frequencies.
