abstract |
The present application provides a connected tank for continuous reactions. A connected tank for continuous reactions comprising: the feeding tank body is enclosed into a first cavity, and a feeding hole is formed in the feeding tank body; the discharging tank body is enclosed into a second cavity and is provided with a discharging port; the connecting pipe is communicated with the first cavity and the second cavity; the first conveying device is arranged in the first cavity and is used for conveying the materials entering from the feeding hole to the connecting pipe; and the second conveying device is arranged in the second cavity and is used for conveying the material flowing into the second cavity from the connecting pipe to the discharge hole. The positions of the reactants with different reaction times in the connected tank are different, namely the reactants can be discharged from the discharge hole after reacting for a certain time, and the condition that the reaction time is too long or the reaction is insufficient is better avoided. |
