titleOfInvention Optical sensing device for directly reading out electric signal
abstract The utility model belongs to the field of electronic information, and relates to an optical sensing device for directly reading out electric signals, wherein exciting light irradiates a periodic metal nano-structure array layer, an object to be measured is injected into a flow cell and immerses a sensing chip, and then the sensing chip has a reflection spectrum of a characteristic reflection valley; when the concentration or the variety of the object to be detected changes, the central position of the reflection valley of the reflection spectrum characteristic changes; and then the characteristic peak position of the photoresponse spectrum of the sensing device is displaced, and the change of the photocurrent between the two lead wires is directly shown. The concentration or type of the analyte can be inverted by the change of the output photocurrent of the device. The device can realize the working characteristic of directly reading out the electric signal without an external semiconductor photoelectric detection unit; in addition, the sensor can work in a self-driven working mode, and the adopted light source does not need to change the incident angle, power and wavelength in the sensing test process.
