According to the method, the reaction of the nitroguanidine is realized in the storage cylinder, the reaction efficiency is improved by rotating and stirring the stirring rod during the reaction, the thorough mixing of the nitroguanidine and the concentrated nitric acid is ensured, the quality of the nitroguanidine is improved by freezing and diluting after the production is finished, and the operation is convenient; this application is favorable to realizing the protection when nitroguanidine produces through the reation kettle who sets up, can realize nitroguanidine reaction process's temperature control in process of production, realizes coolant's circulation at the reation kettle lateral wall, guarantees the keeping of storage cylinder inside temperature, prevents the emergence of dangerous accident.
