abstract | The application provides a low temperature NO oxidation and get rid of process systems, including preprocessing device, reheat circulating device, reaction tower, absorption tower and the chimney that adopts the trachea to connect, wherein, reheat circulating device's one end is connected on preprocessing device's the admission line, the other end is connected on the pipeline of being connected between preprocessing device and the reaction tower, preprocessing device bottom air inlet is connected with booster fan, is provided with coke foam nickel among the preprocessing device, is provided with the SCO catalyst in the reaction tower. The low temperature NO oxidation that provides in this application and get rid of process systems can heat the regeneration through reheat circulating device to the flue gas that gets into the system, raises the temperature, and the atmosphere is discharged into after-treatment to the flue gas after the regeneration. The system that this application provided, through the selective catalytic oxidation reaction of reaction tower and the absorptive series connection synergism of absorption tower, simple structure, compactness and suitability are strong, and need not carry out the flue gas again in the processing procedure and heat up, reduce investment running cost. |
