abstract | The utility model provides a fly ash plasma melting feeding pretreatment device, which comprises a fly ash bin, a feeding hopper, a granulator, a fly ash particle storage bin and a conveying device which are connected in sequence, wherein the conveying device is also connected with an additive storage bin which is used for storing fly ash; the feeding hopper is used for feeding materials to the granulator; the granulator is used for granulating by using the fly ash to form fly ash particles; the fly ash particle storage bin is used for storing fly ash particles; the conveying device is used for conveying the fly ash particles from the fly ash particle storage bin and the additives from the additive storage bin to the melting furnace. The device improves the yield of granulation equipment, increases the proportion of harmless treatment of the fly ash and reduces the risk of blocking a flue gas pipeline at the outlet of the melting furnace by independently granulating the fly ash powder; the device mixes the additive with the fly ash particles before the fly ash particles enter the furnace, so that the additive amount of the additive can be adjusted to be better in a shorter time. |
