abstract The application provides a MOS tube detection device which comprises a voltage division module, a multi-path acquisition switch module and a main control module; the multi-path acquisition switch module is connected with the voltage division module and the main control module; the voltage division module comprises one or more output ends, and each output end is correspondingly connected with the drain electrode of each detected MOS tube when one or more MOS tubes are detected; the multi-path acquisition switch module is used for receiving all voltage division signals output by the voltage division module when detecting one or more MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tubes, and outputting one path of voltage division signal to the main control module under the indication of the control signal after receiving the control signal sent by the main control module; and the main control module judges whether the impedance of the corresponding MOS tube is normal or not according to one path of voltage division signals output by the multi-path acquisition switch module, so that the process of automatically detecting the MOS tube is realized.
