titleOfInvention | Scouring-resistant slurry valve |
abstract | A scouring-resistant slurry valve comprises an upper valve shaft, a large gland, a valve body, a valve plate and a lower valve shaft, wherein a flow inlet and a flow outlet are formed in the side surface of the valve body; the top surface and the bottom surface of the valve body are respectively provided with a mounting hole of a large gland, the large gland is mounted in the mounting hole, the valve plate is supported and fixed in the valve body through the large gland, and the upper valve shaft and the lower valve shaft are respectively connected with the valve plate after passing through the large gland; a packing and a bearing sleeve are arranged between the large gland and the valve shaft, and the packing gland presses the packing and the bearing sleeve supporting the rotation of the valve shaft into the large gland; the top surface of the valve body is provided with an upper bracket; the bottom of the valve body is provided with a lower bracket; the lower bracket is provided with a bottom cover for limiting the lower valve shaft; the valve plate is provided with a circular hole-shaped valve plate channel for feeding slurry; a valve seat is arranged at the flow inlet on the side surface of the valve body and is fixedly limited in the flow inlet through a nut; the aperture of the valve plate channel is smaller than that of the alloy sleeve and larger than that of the valve seat. The slurry valve has good sealing performance, high pressure flushing resistance and long service life. |
