The krypton-xenon concentration and neon-helium concentration process integration system of the utility model integrates the lean krypton tower and the crude neon tower in a cold box, and through the mutual introduction of nitrogen or liquid nitrogen, the cold capacity and non-condensation of liquid oxygen are fully utilized. The high nitrogen content of the gas reduces the investment cost of krypton-xenon concentration and neon-helium concentration and the replenishment of liquid nitrogen, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption. |
