titleOfInvention Image Sensor Pixels and Imaging Systems
abstract The utility model relates to an image sensor pixel and an imaging system. The image sensor pixel includes: a photosensitive element that generates charge in response to incident light; a floating diffusion node coupled to the photosensitive element; an active reset circuit that a set circuit coupled to the floating diffusion node and sets the floating diffusion node to a voltage level with reduced temporal variation during a pixel reset operation; and a column sense line coupled to connected to the active reset circuit. A technical problem solved by the utility model is to improve the global shutter pixel. One technical effect achieved by the utility model is to provide an improved image sensor pixel and an imaging system.
