abstract The utility model is related to a kind of heat flow transducer.There is larger error during existing heat flow transducer measurement temperature, it is difficult to obtain accurate temperature reading, and the temperature measurement range of existing heat flux sensor is limited.In order to overcome at least one aspect in above mentioned problem, there is provided the heat flow transducer that a kind of temperature being configured to supply on process fluid is indicated.The sensor includes first resistor temperature detector (RTD) element and the second RTD element being spaced apart with the first RTD element in sheath.The sensor also includes one group of lead, and one group of lead includes the first subset and yield in the second subset, wherein the first subset is coupled to the first RTD element, and yield in the second subset is coupled to the second RTD element.
