The to-be-tested steel cylinder is arranged on the pressure test liner in a sleeving manner and aerates towards the inside of the ring slot when the hydrostatic testing machine is used; the V-shaped rubber rings and the rectangular rubber rings are pushed out to seal the inner wall of the steel cylinder; the V-shaped rubber rings deform by pressure to seal the ring slot; water is injected into an annular space between the steel cylinder and the pressure test liner; whether the concrete pipe accords with the design requirements or not can be checked. Therefore, the hydrostatic testing machine is convenient to operate, easy to seal and quick in detecting.
