The smelting furnace comprises a shell, a bottom furnace, a furnace wall, a smelting tank partition wall, a furnace top, a feeding opening, an oxygen-enriched air nozzle, a powdered coal air nozzle of a weak reduction smelting tank, a powder coal air nozzle of a strong reduction smelting tank, a metal discharging opening, a slag discharging opening and a smoke outlet, wherein the smelting tank of the smelting furnace is divided into an oxygen-enriched oxidizing and smelting tank, the weak reduction smelting tank and the strong reduction smelting tank by the smelting tank partition wall; the installation heights of the air nozzles of three smelting tanks are as follows: the height between the oxygen-enriched air nozzle of the oxygen-enriched oxidizing and smelting tank and the furnace bottom is 0.4m to 0.6m, the height between the powder coal air nozzle of the weak reduction smelting tank is 1.2m to 1.8m, and the height of the powder coal air nozzle of the strong reduction smelting tank and the furnace bottom is 0.7m to 0.9m. With the adoption of the smelting furnace for processing high-iron polymetallic zinc concentrate ore, metals comprising zinc, indium, copper and silver can be efficiently recycled. The smelting furnace has the advantages of short technological process, large production capacity of equipment, high production efficiency, low production cost, high metal recovery rate and small pollutant emission.
