The M13-phage-based immunochromatography test paper is characterized in that a test paper adsorption layer comprises an adsorption fiber layer, a gold-labeled antibody fiber layer, a cellulose membrane layer and a water absorption material layer, wherein the cellulose membrane layer is provided with a detection mark which is printed by utilizing the M13 phage showing OTA mimic epitope and a reference mark printed by utilizing a goat anti-mouse IgG antibody solution; a gold-labeled antibody is an OTA monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody labeled by the colloidal gold. By adopting the M13-phage-based immunochromatography test paper, the application of the M13-phage-based immunochromatography technology in the rapid detection of OTA residue can be realized, the M13 phage showing the OTA mimic epitope is used for substituting an OTA coupler printed on a traditional test strip detection mark, so that the harm of the OTA coupler on the test paper producer, experimental personnel and environment can be avoided; the test paper is strong in detection specificity, high in sensitivity, simple, intuitive and accurate in detection, low in cost and wide in application range.
