abstract | The utility model discloses an on-line high-concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas monitoring instrument which comprises a demisting dryer, a flow meter, a self-operated flow regulation valve, a signal processor, a data processor, a flow display instrument, a concentration display instrument, a mass display instrument, and a thermal conductivity cell. The outlet of the demisting dryer is sequentially connected with the flow meter, the self-operated flow regulation valve and the thermal conductivity cell. A temperature measuring element, a heating coil and a Wheatstone bridge are arranged in the thermal conductivity cell. The temperature measuring element and the heating coil are electrically connected with the signal processor. The input end of the signal processor is connected with the output end of the Wheatstone bridge. The output end of the signal processor is connected with the concentration display instrument. The flow display instrument is connected with the flow meter. The flow display instrument and the concentration display instrument are connected with the input end of the data processor. The mass display instrument is connected with the output end of the data processor. By adopting the on-line high-concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas monitoring instrument of the utility model, the flow and concentration of sulfur dioxide can be monitored, and the mass of sulfur dioxide can be monitored. |
