According to the arranging structure of the denitration catalysts, the flow velocity of flue gas and distribution characteristics of accumulated ash in the denitration reactor are fully utilized, the plate-type catalysts and the honeycombed catalyst are optimized and combined, the circulating performance of the flue gas in the denitration reactor is optimized while the denitration efficiency is guaranteed, and effects on the denitration performance due to the failure of the catalysts, poisoning and the like caused by ash accumulation in the peripheral zones of the denitration reactor are effectively reduced. The arranging structure is reasonable in arrangement, stable in performance and particularly suitable to be installed in a denitration system for high-dust-content flue gas.
