abstract The utility model provides a dry type toluene evaporation groove for ultrafine fiber synthetic leather. The dry type toluene evaporation groove comprises a groove body (48), a heating pipe (45), a plurality of driving rollers (42), a plurality of hollow heating rollers (41) with large diameters and two circulating fans (44). A wall of the groove body is provided with a base cloth inlet (49), a base cloth outlet (50) and a toluene steam outlet (51); a plurality of steam heating coiled pipes (43) are arranged at the periphery of each circulating fan. Ultrafine fiber base cloth moves among the hollow heating rollers and the driving rollers repeatedly; the ultrafine fiber base cloth and the hollow heating rollers are fitted by a large wrapping angle; steam is introduced into the hollow heating rollers to heat; the heat generated by the heating pipe and the steam heating coiled pipes is blown to the ultrafine fiber base cloth by the circulating fans; toluene in the ultrafine fiber base cloth is evaporated into toluene gas and the toluene gas is led out from a toluene steam outlet. The removing efficiency of the residual toluene in the ultrafine fiber base cloth is high and high-temperature toluene liquid is obtained by condensing; the high-temperature toluene liquid does not need to be heated and can directly flow into a pumping groove to be circularly utilized, so that the dry type toluene evaporation groove is energy-saving and efficient and has no pollution.
