The brush rack assembly comprises a ring type base plate, two symmetrically arranged operating electric brush racks and two symmetrically arranged standby electric brush racks are disposed on the ring type base plate, electric brushes are disposed in the operating electric brush racks, the external sides of the electric brushes are provided with conducting copper wires, electric brush cushion blocks are disposed at the bottom parts of the operating electric racks, and the electric brush cushion blocks are mounted on the ring type base plate; the standby electric brush racks are mounted on the ring type base plate, the conducting copper wires are connected on the ring type base plate by point welding; and an elastic throat hook which provides elastic force for the electric brushes is disposed on the ring type base plate. The throat hoop type brush rack assembly is advantageous in that: 1. the elastic throat hook is disposed on the brush rack assembly and is capable of providing continuous elastic force for the electric brushes; and 2. the elastic throat hook can be plugged in and drew out directly and conveniently when the electric brushes are mounted or replaced.
