The throat hoop type brush rack assembly is advantageous in that: 1. the elastic throat hook is disposed on the brush rack assembly and is capable of providing continuous elastic force for the electric brushes; and 2. the elastic throat hook can be plugged in and drew out directly and conveniently when the electric brushes are mounted or replaced. |
