The water-sealed tank with the flow adjusting segment is simple in structure and high in practicability; in this way, gas phase flow is smooth, pressure loss is low, operation cost is lowered, and meanwhile sealing is more airtight and reliable; accordingly, the water-sealed tank can adapt to different gas phase media.
