titleOfInvention | Multifunctional tracheal intubation guide core |
abstract | The utility model relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a multifunctional tracheal intubation guide core which comprises a guide core casing, wherein two mutually independent channels are axially formed in guide core casing and comprise a first channel and a second channel, the first channel is used for collecting CO2 or injecting a local anesthesia drug, and the second channel is used for conveying O2. The multifunctional tracheal intubation guide core has the advantages as follows: 1, anaesthetic can be sprayed on the surface through the first channel when blind intubation operation is performed or glottis exposure is poor; an airway can be identified through automatic carbon dioxide monitoring of breathing air in a main tail hole, and further, a tracheal catheter is guided and more smoothly intubated; the second channel can be used for conveying oxygen when the intubation time is predicted to be longer or in order to avoid hypoxia, so that the concentration of oxygen inhaled in an oral cavity is increased, oxygen storage equipment is increased, and the intubation safety is improved; 2, the tracheal catheter can be shaped, so that the tracheal catheter can be more smoothly intubated; and 3, the replacement of the tracheal catheter is facilitated. |
