titleOfInvention | System for measuring calcium element content in tungsten product |
abstract | The utility model provides a system for measuring calcium element content in a tungsten product. The system is characterized by sequentially comprises a reaction solution generating device, a to-be-measured solution generating device, a calcium standard solution generating device, a calcium standard solution purifying device, and an atomic absorption spectrum spectrophotometer, wherein the reaction solution generating device is communicated with a sample vessel by a hydrogen peroxide feeder, an ammonium hydroxide feeder, a nitric acid feeder and a first perchloric acid feeder, respectively; the sample vessel is detachably arranged on a heating device; a first strontium chloride solution feeder and a first lanthanum oxide solution feeder of the to-be-measured solution generating device are communicated with a to-be-measured solution container; a hydrochloric acid solution feeder of the calcium standard solution generating device is communicated with a calcium carbonate vessel; a second strontium chloride solution feeder and a second lanthanum oxide solution feeder of the calcium standard solution purifying device are communicated with a calcium standard container, respectively. The system is simple, fast, high in measurement accuracy and low in cost, and the relative measurement error is less than 7.5%. |
