titleOfInvention | Energy-saving type circulating CO change device |
abstract | The utility model relates to an energy-saving type circulating CO change device which comprises a conversion furnace and is characterized in that a conversion gas outlet pipeline is connected with the first and second conversion gas outlet pipelines; a suction inlet of a steam ejector is connected with a second converter outlet pipeline, and an inlet of the steam ejector is connected with a steam pipeline while an outlet is connected with a feed gas pipeline; the feed gas pipeline is also connected with a second raw gas pipeline; the second raw gas pipeline is connected with a top outlet of a saturation tower through a raw gas outlet pipeline; the top outlet is also connected with a first raw gas pipeline; a spray water inlet and a raw gas inlet are formed in the saturation tower; and a process circulating water outlet is formed at the bottom of the saturation tower. According to the device provided by the utility model, a saturation tower is arranged at the upstream part of the conversion furnace to perform warming and humidifying of the raw gas, and the steam consumption of a conversion unit can be remarkably reduced; and meanwhile, the concentration of CO in the conversion furnace is reduced, the heat release intensity is reduced, the catalyst operation environment is mild, the service life of the catalyst is prolonged, and long-period stable operation of the conversion unit is guaranteed. |
