titleOfInvention Sealing structure of electric vehicle controller
abstract The utility model provides a sealing structure of an electric vehicle controller. The sealing structure of the electric vehicle controller comprises an upper cover and a lower cover which are clamped with each other. Control assemblies are disposed in a cavity formed between and enclosed by the upper cover and the lower cover. Additionally, a sealing ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover to prevent water from penetrating into the cavity. A protrusive strip is disposed on an end portion of the upper cover. A groove is disposed in the upper bottom face of the lower cover. The protrusive strip of the upper cover and the groove of the lower cover are mutually clamped. The sealing ring additionally arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover is embedded into the groove in the upper cover or the lower cover, can effectively prevent dust or water from penetrating into the inside from the outside, and plays a role of sealing and protecting the control assemblies in the cavity. Meanwhile, a connecting surface between the upper cover and the lower cover is moved into the inside from the outside, and thus the penetration by the dust can be substantially reduced.
