The outer shell is divided into two cavities through separation. The two cavities communicate with each other through a round hole. The connection rod penetrates through the round hole and can make the support spring deform, so that the deformation raster on the support spring can be made deformed. Wavelength variation quantity is transmitted through the optical fiber. By utilizing a working principle that the FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) strain sensor enables FBG wavelength variation through mechanical deformation and by using the optical fiber for transmitting the wavelength variation quantity, the opening-and-closing state of doors and windows can be obtained. The utility model solves problems that a common electric sensor cannot perform networking and cannot be applied to an occasion prohibiting current and cannot work under strong electromagnetic interference. The entrance guard sensor is simple in structure and low in cost. A problem of low reliability of a part of FBG magnetic sensors is solved and large-range distributed-type measurement with high flexibility and high reliability can be realized.
